**NOTICE** All students at KIPP: TECH VALLEY Charter School shall receive Academic Intervention Services consisting of at least 90 minutes per day of ELA and Math whole group instruction, with students in grades 5, 6, and 7 receiving an additional 45 minutes of targeted small group writing & math remediation. Additionally, students identified after the first interval with homework completion deficiencies may be kept from 5pm-6pm to complete their home work under the supervision of a NYS certified instructor.

KIPP: TECH VALLEY Charter School participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) through the National School Lunch Program, which allows every child enrolled at KIPP to receive breakfast, lunch and snack free of charge.
